How to: Print multiple worksheets.
Solution:
Select the desired worksheets in a workbook. Select 'Print...' from the 'File' menu. Select the 'Selected Sheet(s)' radio button and choose 'OK'.
1) Click on the sheet tab for the first sheet to be printed. (The sheet is selected.)
2) Do one of the following:
a) To select other adjacent worksheets, press and hold down SHIFT and click on the tab for the last sheet to be printed.
b) To select other nonadjacent worksheets, press and hold down CTRL while clicking on each of the other sheet tabs.
3) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Print...'. (The Print dialog box appears.)
4) Select the printer to print the worksheets from the 'Name' drop-down list of the 'Printer' group.
5) Select the 'Selected Sheet(s)' radio button in the 'Print What' group.
NOTE: If print areas are defined for any of the selected sheets using the 'Sheet' tab in the 'Page Setup' dialog box, only those areas will be printed.
6) Do one of the following:
a) To print all of the selected worksheets, select the 'All' radio button in the 'Page Range' group.
Specifying printing options
b) To print certain consecutive pages of the selected worksheets:
1] Select the 'Pages' radio button in the 'Page Range' group.
2] Specify the range in the 'from' and 'to' boxes.
7) (Optional) Type the desired number in the 'Number of copies' box.
NOTE: The number of copies always defaults to '1'. Type a different number if necessary.
8) Click 'OK'.
